Nose | Palate: Vibrant with stone fruit, marzipan, apricot pastries, raspberry and cream | Soft and spicy, with a gentle oiliness. Ripe orchard fruits, soft berry sweetness, and toasted oak, all leading to a long and silky finish.

How it’s made: From the Speyside distillery Linkwood, matured in bourbon barrels and finished in a refill Australian Pedro Ximénez cask. Natural colour, non-chill filtered. Artwork by Katy Sawrey. 

About the maker: Blind Summit Whisky is a Leith-based passion project by two friends, James & Jamie. An independent whisky bottler focussing on exciting, brightly labelled, flavourful whiskies. It’s a bit more like the whisky equivalent to Gypsy Brewing with selection, maturation and bottling being carried out in different locations depending on which friendly warehouse is available.
