Stéphane is a true lover of Scotland, and it's a real pleasure to welcome him back to Made From Grapes once again!

A vigneron since 2016, Stéphane's winery is located in the heart of the Bourgueil appellation, farming five hectares of vineyards across the Bourgueil and Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil appellations, where he works exclusively with Cabernet Franc.

Through the diversity of the soils, along with his creativity, Delettre explores the full potential of Cabernet Franc and offers a wide range of wines. From juicy, fruit-forward reds to deep and elegant wines made from old vines grown from massal selections, as well as sparkling wines. 

Fully organic, with biodynamic practices carried out throughout the seasons. Stéphane works with the common sense of traditional farming, following the example of the generations of winemakers who came before him.
