How it's made: Grapes are hand-harvested, partly fermented on the skins in wooden vats and the rest is fermented in wooden barrels, aged in wooden barrels. 

About the maker:  Gut Oggau, a 14-hectare Austrian winery situated in Burgenland near Lake Neusiedl, is overseen by Eduard Tscheppe and Stephanie, who hails from a family linked to a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant. This certified biodynamic estate emphasises single-plot vineyards, showcasing diverse terroirs that yield distinct expressions in each wine.
