Chin Chin is a delicious and ethically-made wine from the traditional Loureiro and Trajadura grape varieties at an unbeatable price. This easy going, well-made wine is the reflection of Dan Keeling and Mark Andrew (Noble Rot magazine) for their love of small and quality-focused producers and wines.

After a year of research in different wine regions and a lot of blind tastings to find the house white for their restaurant, a unanimous winner was clear and the collaboration with Antonio Monteiro could begin - located in the Vinho Verde wine region, the 15 hectares estate of Quinta do Ermizio, was the perfect playground to select specific tanks that suit the fresh, vibrant style that these guys enjoy.
