They roast their cacao on a modified Giesen coffee roaster and have engineered some of their equipment from scratch, to get the best possible quality for their batch sizes. Awarded UK Rising Star 2020 by The Academy of Chocolate, Lara and Cameron's chocolate bars are definitely not to be missed!
