2017 was a complicated year for Tony & his father Philippe, having lost an awful lot of fruit due to a fierce frost, they decided to blend all of their Poulsard together for this one-off cuvee. 

A very limited bottle that despite the difficult harvest turns out to be a precise, delicate wine with all the hallmarks of their signature style. 

Rich and complex, bright and fresh with spicy undertones.
