Made from pole and line caught Skipjack Tuna (the smallest tuna to make it to tin) by hand-carving them off the bone before sending them for a gentle steam and finally a bath of olive oil infused with aromatics, chili and spices. They must be tried on their own but after you've done so, we'd invite you to try them over a bed of smashed potatoes.
