How it’s made: From a single cask of Fettercairn Distillery, Highland, finished in Oloroso Sherry Butt. Distilled 24.10.2016. Natural colour, non-chilled filtered. Only 55 bottles. Artwork Francesca Pulisci. 

About the maker: Blind Summit Whisky is a Leith-based passion project by two friends, James & Jamie. An independent whisky bottler focussing on exciting, brightly labelled, flavourful whiskies. It’s a bit more like the whisky equivalent to Gypsy Brewing with selection, maturation and bottling being carried out in different locations depending on which friendly warehouse is available.
