Christmas Case 1 contains:

Pinzimonio, Jocapo Stigliano 2024   Emilia-Romagna, Italy

This sparkling wine is mostly Pignoletto, along with a little Albana and Trebbiano from a little parcel of thirty year old vines planted over sand and clay in Valsamoggia. The grapes were pressed directly and fermented in concrete vats before being put into bottle with a little must from the same harvest. The result is a golden, vibrant Col Fondo in the regional tradition that is crisp, dry and delicious.

Beaujolais-Villages Blanc, Domaine de la Sorbière 2023  Beaujolais, France

Hand-picked organically grown Chardonnay from Beaujolais in France. Vinified in clay vessels and a little in new oak this wine gives notes of apple, white nectarine and yellow plum.

La Timidité des Cimes, Clos des Cimes 2022 Drôme, France

Elodie Aubert farms 8 hectares of biodynamic vines in the Southern Rhône. This wine is blend of Syrah and Grenache giving notes of blackberry, blueberry and prune. It has a lovely concentration and freshness making it a fabulous addition to the festive table.
